The winery has capacity to store 200,000 Liters in stainless steel tanks, with automatic control of the temperature, for a better handling of the fermentation and pneumatic presses that make delicate pressing of our grapes. It is thus, as the flavors, aromas and structures of our wines are preserved. Everything next to the might, love and force, of a young generation with the maturity and experience of a tradition of centuries. In spite of all this high technology, we preserved the familiar art and deeper traditions, with the pleasure that gives to the perfection of the years and the inheritance of the love by the wine, that happens of generation in generation. The winery also counts on barrels of French and American oak that are used in the maturing of our wines of familiar reserve. These allow in their parking, generating a precious and exquisite conjunction between the wood and the wine that grant unique aromas and flavors, creating a unique nectar for the senses.
