In 2007 this becomes a great terroir wine, all chalk and ginger—10 year-old Blanc de Blancs smells like this at times—a several-dimensional impact, juicy zingy concentrated and focused without a big acid-statement; corn and sweated spring-onions and lump crab meat and beurre blanc with lemon zest.
Wine Spectator
A plump style, sporting nectarine, peach, lime and mineral flavors. There's good cut, and this ends with a tangy, mouthwatering finish. Needs a few months to integrate. Best from 2009 through 2019.

Wine Advocate
The Strub 2007 Niersteiner Bruckchen Riesling Kabinett evinces brown-spiced apple, pear, and quince which, along with a doughy consistency and substantiality, refreshing lime, and a hint of chalkiness to its finish, put me a bit in mind of Loire Chenin. A soothing, crustacean-tinged finish with impeccably-judged if quite evident sweetness completes the winsome picture of this excellent value Riesling that should drink well for at least 6-8 years.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
