This Chardonnay has brightly layered aromas of lemon zest and wet stone with subtle notes of white flowers. On the palate this wine is delicate with citrus and mineral flavors that lead into a clean finish. This chardonnay is a perfect complement to grilled mahi mahi or steamed lobster with chive butter.
Wine Advocate
This spectacular Chardonnay exhibits a light straw color along with notes of citrus oil, honeysuckle, pineapple, green apples and hints of hazelnut and orange peel. There is a judicious touch of well-integrated wood, good crisp acidity, a delicate, finesse-filled style, and a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel. This complex, Burgundian-styled Chardonnay will drink well for 10-15 years.

Wine Enthusiast
A brilliant Chardonnay, bone dry and crisp in acidity. Almost lean in citrus and mineral flavors, but on further inspection shows complex layers of toast, honeysuckle, peach and stone, with a deft touch of new oak. Feels weighty and important, and finishes wonderfully dry.

Intensely perfumed nose displays an array of fresh and dried orchard fruits, orange and white flowers. A bracing mineral tone adds bite to the sappy orchard fruit and peach pit flavors. Gains a fleshy quality on the back, finishing with tangy orange zest and spice qualities.

Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

Wine Spectator is a lifestyle magazine that focuses on wine and wine culture. It publishes 15 issues per year with content that includes news, articles, profiles, and general entertainment pieces.
