The 2007 has a steely instensity with plenty of the citrusy/minerally/spicy quality that seems to be definitive of the vineyard. With one foot in the new world and one foot in the old world, its vibrant fruit and mineral waxy tones are somewhat reminiscent of Sancerre. True style and finesse for a well priced Sauvignon Blanc

The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Cariblanco is medium straw-colored with a fragrant nose of fresh grass, grapefruit, and gooseberry. This is followed by a crisp, clean wine with ripe citrus flavors, good balance and a sprightly finish. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
