P.S.(Pagos Seleccionados). This wine will be a super-premium wine, made only in years when the quality of the harvest allows for the highest standards. A special and careful selection of the best fruit, from specific vineyards, leading to batch fermentation and individual barriques leads to the name. Wine Spectator Hard to resist this lush, modern red, with its mouthwatering blackberry and boysenberry fruit and lavish toasty vanilla oak. But has plenty of structure, with ripe tannins and fresh acidity, so give it time to develop. Drink now through 2015. It reveals smoke, toast, vanilla spice, blueberry, and blackberry jam. This is followed by a fleshy wine with excellent depth and full-body. It does, however, narrow out slightly in the finish.
