Geez. So much discussion about simple decisions. Just have a glass of wine and a hunk of Hooligan. That’s what I did. I’ll admit it. I like funky cheese and rich red wine and I like them together. I could eat cheese for lunch, have it as a mid-afternoon snack, with a glass of wine before dinner or as the last course at dinner.
