Yup, I said it. The 2015 Chateau Les Valentines Grand Cuvée Rosé is better than Domaine Ott. I’ll get in trouble from one of my friends because I said it. But I’m not the only one. Decanter magazine recently published a guide to the best rosés from the 2015 vintage. They tasted 322 different selections and picked the top 50 for the article. The 2015 Chateau Les Valentines Grand Cuvée Rosé was a top 5 selection picked at number 4. Yep, that’s better than Domaine Ott and Chateau Peyrassol. The wine arrives on Wednesday. As a wine club member, you get first shot at ownership. Get delivery on Thursday.

2015 Chateau Les Valentines Grand Cuvée Rosé - $30.00 the bottle
“Delicate dried flower aromas with red currant fruit and a saline minerality on the palate to encourage another glass. There’s mouth filling weight but with enough acidity to keep everything fresh and pleasurable. The creamy red berry fruit and leafy green freshness lead to the lovely sustained finish.”

In good taste,
Peter
