Legal Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine and spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Nicholas Roberts Ltd. – Fine Wine Merchants that you are at least 21 years of age. All wine and spirits delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. Proof of age may be required for first time purchasers via facsimile or e.mail.

Ordering

To maintain the highest level of customer service, Nicholas Roberts Ltd. – Fine Wine Merchants requires a minimum order of $100.00 to be shipped to a single location. All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within two business days. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there are any problems with your order.
