Winemaker Christophe Bousquet is on fire. His 2008 rosé is produced from Cinsault, Grenach and Carignan. Tawny red and ruby in color. Maybe the richest rosé of the group with dark berry fruit and medium weight. The wine shows and excellent balance and begs to be enjoyed with grilled vegetables and soft cheeses.
