Zinfandel for over a century with newer sites that utilize proprietary clones and the most advanced viticultural practices. This is the way Zin was
intended to taste.

Tasting Notes:
The Seghesio showcases berry patch essence – raspberry/blackberry flavors enhanced by
zinfandel’s classic briary/very slightly black pepper
character. Juicy acidity adds vibrancy while
fine-grained tannins add depth and balance. A long finish contributes anise/clove tones and
structural richness. BBQ, BBQ, BBQ. Drink Now.

Wine Spectator This is like a gangly teenager, young and a bit inelegant but charming. Shows robust black cherry and spice aromas and blackberry jam and licorice flavors. The tannins firm up the finish. Drink now through 2012. Score: 91. —James Laube, March 31, 2008.
