St-Germain is the world's first handcrafted, all-natural, elderflower liqueur. An artisanal liqueur, St-Germain is produced from 100% fresh, wild, and hand selected elderflowers that are picked once a year in late spring when at their peak level of flavor and aroma. These delicate, wild elderflowers, provide St-Germain with a balance of flavors, including notes of citrus, pear and passion fruit. Elderflower was discovered several years ago as a premier cocktail ingredient due to its refreshing and delicious character.

"5-Star/Highest Recommendation"
"Superb clarity. A totally seductive bouquet of the first rank. The palate entry is soft, yet firm; flowery, yet neither oily nor cloying; by the midpalate point, the flavor profile offers an ideal taste experience that's integrated, harmonious, and exquisitely balanced between alcohol level, sweetness, acidity, and floral impact. A perfect liqueur."

"I loved working with St-Germain. It's the perfect sort of liqueur to experiment with when working with gins, tequilas, and piscos. Subtle, but holds a definite presence. I really do love this stuff."
